  First I had a bad carpet installation experience- the guy measured wrong so I had to have them come and install carpet 2 different times and also they advertise free haul away but the installer said he wouldn't take my carpet because it had too many stains on it and didn't offer to help me take my old stuff to the end of my LONG driveway or anything I had to do it all myself and the installer took 4 hours to do a small child's room because he kept going out on his cell phone in his van and when I called the manager at the fort Gratiot HD he would not return my phone calls so I went up there and gave me $50 off twords my next purchase of something but he could have cared less about my experience and had a battle with him just to get the $50
