  We always go to this AT&T location. Derek is the Representative that we always request. He is knowledgeable about all the products, promotions and how to choose the best plan for us. He must deal with thousands of customers each week, but he is personable, always remembers us and all of our first names, even when its been awhile since we've been in the store. I've asked to be notified about any promotions and he's contacted me twice, to let me know that there were promotions that would significantly benefit our family and our budget. He understands the importance of customer service and always goes above and beyond. This past weekend, my husband was supposed to come in and have Derek get him set up with a new phone. Derek was unexpectedly out sick and he contacted us on his own time and let us know that he was reaching out to co-worker that would help us instead, he contacted Chad and told him everything my husband needed and that he had set aside a phone for my husband. When we got there, Chad was well informed about our needs and he was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process of getting the new phone and account changes go through quickly and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Derek or Chad. They both are the epitome of what you expect from Customer Support.
